HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 223

Commending Technical Sergeant Kadie Harris, VA ANG.

Agreed to by the House of Delegates, March 9, 2026

WHEREAS, Technical Sergeant Kadie Harris, VA ANG, was selected as the Outstanding Noncommissioned Officer of the Year by the Virginia Air National Guard in February 2025; and

WHEREAS, the Virginia Air National Guard provides reserve elements to the United States Air Force and serves as the aerial component of the Virginia National Guard, protecting the skies over the Commonwealth through the outstanding contributions of members like Kadie Harris; and

WHEREAS, Kadie Harris serves as the maintenance analysis manager of the 192nd Maintenance Operations Flight, 192nd Maintenance Squadron, 192nd Maintenance Group, 192nd Wing at Joint Base Langley-Eustis; and

WHEREAS, Kadie Harris utilizes her expertise in data analysis to optimize maintenance operations, identify potential risks, and implement proactive solutions to minimize downtime and maximize resource utilization within the 192nd Wing; and

WHEREAS, Kadie Harris received this prestigious honor at the Virginia Air National Guard's annual awards ceremony in February 2025; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That Technical Sergeant Kadie Harris, VA ANG, hereby be commended on the occasion of her selection as the Outstanding Noncommissioned Officer of the Year by the Virginia Air National Guard; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to Technical Sergeant Kadie Harris, VA ANG, as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for her achievements in service to the Commonwealth.
