WHEREAS, Stephanie Nicole Minter, a loving mother, daughter, and granddaughter and beloved member of the Fredericksburg community, died on February 23, 2026, leaving a legacy of love, joy, and kindness; and

WHEREAS, Stephanie Minter brightened countless lives with her cheerful and good-humored nature, and she could lift up any friend or loved one in their time of need; and

WHEREAS, Stephanie Minter was deeply devoted to raising her son, Caden, giving abundantly of her time and energy to nurture and support him in all of his endeavors; and

WHEREAS, Stephanie Minter will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by her son, Caden; her mother, Cheryl; her grandmother, Mary Louise; her brothers, Christopher, Gary, and Louis, Jr.; and numerous other family members and friends; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assembly hereby note with great sadness the loss of Stephanie Nicole Minter, a treasured member of the Fredericksburg community who will be forever cherished by all who knew her; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the Senate prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to the family of Stephanie Nicole Minter as an expression of the General Assembly's respect for her memory.
