Commending Pampa's Fox Catering.

WHEREAS, Pampa's Fox Catering, a family-owned and family-operated catering business based in Nokesville, has combined Argentine culinary traditions with outstanding service to create unique dining experiences at countless weddings, corporate functions, and social events; and

WHEREAS, Pampa's Fox Catering provides comprehensive services to meet the needs of any special event, from passed hors d'oeuvres, cocktail parties, and buffets to sit-down dinners with hand-delivered meals; and

WHEREAS, Pampa's Fox Catering has developed a wide range of menus to please any palate and works diligently to accommodate special dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options; and

WHEREAS, Pampa's Fox Catering uses the finest and freshest ingredients, including organic, locally grown ingredients whenever possible; the business is especially known for its handmade cakes and empanadas, as well as other Argentine specialties; and

WHEREAS, among its unique offerings, Pampa's Fox Catering hosts asados, traditional Argentine social events centered around slow-grilling various meats over a wood fire; the event allows guests to sample different cuts of beef, chicken, and chorizo, along with authentic side dishes and plenty of fresh chimichurri; and

WHEREAS, Pampa's Fox Catering has earned several awards in multiple wedding vendor categories and has been the driving force behind many successful events over the course of its history; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That Pampa's Fox Catering hereby be commended for its legacy of exceptional service to clients in Nokesville and beyond; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to Pampa's Fox Catering as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for the business's commitment to excellence in food service.
