WHEREAS, Staff Sergeant Eleanor R. Warren, VA ANG, was selected as the Outstanding Airman of the Year by the Virginia Air National Guard in February 2025; and

WHEREAS, the Virginia Air National Guard provides reserve elements to the United States Air Force and serves as the aerial component of the Virginia National Guard, protecting the skies over the Commonwealth through the outstanding contributions of members like Eleanor Warren; and

WHEREAS, Eleanor Warren serves as the geospatial intelligence analyst for the 192nd Intelligence Squadron, 192nd Operations Group, 192nd Wing at Joint Base Langley-Eustis; and

WHEREAS, in the course of her duties with the 192nd Wing, Eleanor Warren interprets, analyzes, and produces imagery and monitors and assesses targets, threats, and terrain to support operations; and

WHEREAS, Eleanor Warren received this prestigious honor at the Virginia Air National Guard's annual awards ceremony in February 2025; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That Staff Sergeant Eleanor R. Warren, VA ANG, hereby be commended on the occasion of her selection as the Outstanding Airman of the Year by the Virginia Air National Guard; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to Staff Sergeant Eleanor R. Warren, VA ANG, as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for her achievements in service to the Commonwealth.
