WHEREAS, Pop VB, a locally-owned balloon and decor shop in Virginia Beach, has beautified numerous events throughout Hampton Roads and the Commonwealth with its unique and captivating balloon installations; and

WHEREAS, Pop VB was founded by Paige Staylor, who was looking for more flexibility in her career to have more time with her children when she decided to venture into the balloon decor industry; and

WHEREAS, drawing from her marketing and graphics background, Paige Staylor developed a stunning product that promises to enhance the visual appeal of any event; and

WHEREAS, Pop VB's balloon decorations, including garlands and other large installations, brighten any occasion, from corporate events and grand openings, to holidays, weddings, children's parties, showers, birthdays, and more; and

WHEREAS, with creativity, passion, and an unwavering commitment to her customers, Paige Staylor has built Pop VB into a successful and thriving business and a model of the enterprising spirit that defines the Commonwealth; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That Pop VB hereby be commended for its legacy of service; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to Paige Staylor, owner of Pop VB, as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for the company's contributions to Virginia Beach and the Commonwealth.
