Commending Jacob Branson.

WHEREAS, Jacob Branson of Stafford County recently earned the distinguished rank of Eagle Scout, the highest honor conferred by Scouting America; and

WHEREAS, Jacob Branson has been a member of Scouting America, formerly the Boy Scouts of America, for several years, and earned various merit badges, fulfilled myriad leadership roles, and completed numerous service projects on his journey to becoming an Eagle Scout; and

WHEREAS, with Scouting America, Jacob Branson has made a positive impact in his community while cultivating the fortitude, character, and integrity needed to succeed as a leader of his generation; and

WHEREAS, Jacob Branson's accomplishment is a testament to his steadfast dedication, exemplary leadership, and unwavering commitment to serving others; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That Jacob Branson hereby be commended for earning the rank of Eagle Scout with Scouting America; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to Jacob Branson as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for his achievement and best wishes in his future endeavors.
