Commending ISSA, the Association for Cleaning and Facility Solutions.

WHEREAS, ISSA, the Association for Cleaning and Facility Solutions, is the world's leading trade association for the cleaning, hygiene, and facility management industry; and

WHEREAS, ISSA promotes the understanding that cleanliness is essential to public health, wellness, and prosperity; it enhances productivity, boosts customer satisfaction, preserves vital resources, and supports sustainable, efficient practices; and

WHEREAS, founded in 1923 as the National Sanitary Supply Association, ISSA has grown from seven distributors to the premier global organization for the cleaning industry and represents the full supply chain from manufacturers to frontline cleaning professionals; and

WHEREAS, ISSA encourages industry-wide cooperation to advance cleaning, drive innovation, and elevate public appreciation for cleaning; and

WHEREAS, ISSA connects over 11,000 members globally and operates through regional hubs in Canada, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Oceania, forming a trusted international community; and

WHEREAS, ISSA champions the message that cleaning is an investment in human health, environmental sustainability, and improved business outcomes, serving as the unified voice of the industry; and

WHEREAS, through education, standards, community engagement, and global partnerships, ISSA works to elevate public appreciation for cleaning and strengthen the global cleaning community; and

WHEREAS, by highlighting the importance of maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary environments at work, in schools, and at home, ISSA has advanced the cleaning and facility solutions industry for the benefit of communities the world over; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That ISSA, the Association for Cleaning and Facility Solutions, hereby be commended for its legacy of service in pursuit of its mission; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to ISSA, the Association for Cleaning and Facility Solutions, as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for the organization's distinguished service in support of the cleaning and facility solutions industry.
