Commending Staff Sergeant Alexis Kyles, VA ANG.

WHEREAS, Staff Sergeant Alexis Kyles, VA ANG, was selected as the Outstanding Airman of the Year by the Virginia Air National Guard in February 2024; and

WHEREAS, the Virginia Air National Guard provides reserve elements to the United States Air Force and serves as the aerial component of the Virginia National Guard, protecting the skies over the Commonwealth through the outstanding contributions of members like Alexis Kyles; and

WHEREAS, Alexis Kyles serves as an integrated avionics systems mechanic for the 192nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, 192nd Maintenance Group, 192nd Wing at Joint Base Langley-Eustis; and

WHEREAS, in the course of her duties, Alexis Kyles performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on one or more multi-complex electronic integrated systems; and

WHEREAS, Alexis Kyles received this prestigious honor at the Virginia Air National Guard's annual awards ceremony in February 2024; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That Staff Sergeant Alexis Kyles, VA ANG, hereby be commended on the occasion of her selection as the Outstanding Airman of the Year by the Virginia Air National Guard; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to Staff Sergeant Alexis Kyles, VA ANG, as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for her achievements in service to the Commonwealth.
