AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE

Relating to a portrait of the Honorable Yvonne Bond Miller.

RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Commission be authorized, in consultation with the Clerks of the Senate of Virginia and the House of Delegates, to contract for, have painted, and have appropriately framed and placed in the Capitol a portrait of the Honorable Yvonne Bond Miller commemorating her service in the General Assembly.
