Commending the Mount Vernon Springfield Chamber of Commerce Mid-Size Business of the Year honorees.

WHEREAS, in February 2026, Campbell & Ferrera, Springfield Town Center, Stout & Teague, and Vinyl-Lite Window Factory and Showroom were selected as the Mount Vernon Springfield Chamber of Commerce Mid-Size Business of the Year honorees; and

WHEREAS, the Mount Vernon Springfield Chamber of Commerce Mid-Size Business of the Year honorees received this prestigious honor at THE BEST Business Awards Celebration, which recognizes individuals and businesses that have cultivated reputations for high-quality products and excellent customer service and are committed to making a difference in the community; and

WHEREAS, Campbell & Ferrara, a third-generation family-owned landscaping business, has served clients in the region for more than 80 years; the business provides creative designs to match any size and shape of outdoor space, enhancing aesthetics and accessibility for numerous community partners; and

WHEREAS, Springfield Town Center, formerly the Springfield Mall, reopened in 2014 and has since invigorated local life by providing a unique retail shopping experience and hosting many free events and programs for the community to enjoy year-round; and

WHEREAS, established in 1983, Stout & Teague strives to deliver high value real estate services to sophisticated investors and clients in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area, providing specialized market knowledge, management skills, and trusted expertise in formulating solutions for complex problems in development, asset management, and marketing; and

WHEREAS, Vinyl-Lite Window Factory and Showroom traces its roots as far back as the 1930s to a window business owned by the Bouchery family and has installed hundreds of thousands of windows in the region; the business opened under its current name in 1978 and has upheld the same dedication to using quality materials and providing outstanding customer service; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That Campbell & Ferrera, Springfield Town Center, Stout & Teague, and Vinyl-Lite Window Factory and Showroom hereby be commended on the occasion of their selection as the 2026 Mid-Size Business of the Year honorees by the Mount Vernon Springfield Chamber of Commerce; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare copies of this resolution for presentation to the Mount Vernon Springfield Chamber of Commerce Mid-Size Business of the Year honorees as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for their exceptional contributions to the vibrant economy in Northern Virginia and service to local residents.
