Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 54.1-1103.1 as follows:

§ 54.1-1103.1. Examinations; alternative languages.

Any examination offered by the Board that averaged over 50 administrations per year over the preceding four-year period shall be made available in any language that meets the threshold for having election materials printed in that language pursuant to § 24.2-128.
