Commending the Front Royal Little League 12U All-Stars.

WHEREAS, in 2025, the Front Royal Little League 12U All-Stars won the Virginia State Little League Championship, marking Front Royal's first such state championship in more than six decades; and

WHEREAS, the Front Royal Little League 12U All-Stars, representing the Town of Front Royal and Warren County, displayed exceptional athletic talent, teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship throughout the 2025 Little League season; and

WHEREAS, the Front Royal Little League 12U All-Stars advanced to the Southeast Regional Tournament in Warner Robins, Georgia, where they proudly represented the Commonwealth and showcased their commitment to excellence on the regional stage; and

WHEREAS, the young athletes of the Front Royal Little League 12U All-Stars achieved their success through hard work and unity, supported by the pride and encouragement of their families, coaches, and the Front Royal community; and

WHEREAS, every member of the 2025 Front Royal Little League 12U All-Stars—Kirk Briggs, T.J. Cook, Jase Delfi, Max Elliott, Titus Good, Miles Henry, Tye Kincer, Kam McIntyre, Jace McLendon, Deuce Newman, Hunter Seal, and Remi Wines—contributed to the successful season; and

WHEREAS, the Front Royal Little League 12U All-Stars were guided with skill and leadership by manager Joe Cook and coaches Jesse Henry and Shane Wines, whose dedication, mentorship, and encouragement were instrumental to the team's success; and

WHEREAS, over the course of the 2025 season, the Front Royal Little League 12U All-Stars embodied the values of dedication, teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship that define youth athletics; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That the Front Royal Little League 12U All-Stars, winners of the Virginia State Little League Championship, hereby be commended for their extraordinary 2025 season; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to the Front Royal Little League 12U All-Stars as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for the team's accomplishments and its best wishes for continued success in all future endeavors.
