A BILL to direct the Department of Health to make available on its website a list of medications, drugs, or vaccines that include gluten.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Department of Health (the Department) shall make publicly available on its website a list of any medications, drugs, or vaccines commonly sold or distributed in the Commonwealth that include gluten as an active or inactive ingredient. The Department shall make such information available by December 1, 2026.
