K. Any Texas Hold'em poker game that is not a Texas Hold'em poker tournament, and in which players wager actual money or poker chips that have cash value, shall be conducted only within the social quarters of a qualified organization and shall be limited to participation by bona fide members of such organization. Nothing in this subsection shall be construed to limit participation by the general public in Texas Hold'em poker tournaments conducted in accordance with this article.
