Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the State Trails Office within the Department of Transportation shall include the Potomac Heritage National Scenic Trail in the Statewide Trails Plan. Such trail shall be made part of the system of connected multiuse trail networks across the Commonwealth, as developed by the State Trails Office.
