Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the State Corporation Commission's Bureau of Insurance (the Bureau) shall submit a report to the General Assembly on data collected from companies issuing property and casualty insurance policies in the Commonwealth, which shall include (i) the results of and relevant information from any property and casualty insurance customer satisfaction surveys and (ii) such companies' half-year loss ratios for property and casualty insurance claims. Each company issuing property and casualty insurance policies in the Commonwealth shall comply with the Bureau's request for such information in a timely manner. The Bureau shall submit such report and a summary of its findings and any recommendations no later than December 1, 2026.
