Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 54.1-3410.4 as follows:

§ 54.1-3410.4. Over-the-counter availability of ivermectin.

Ivermectin suitable for human use may be sold over the counter to any person 18 years of age or older without a prescription or consultation with a pharmacist or other health care professional.
