Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. The Superintendent of Public Instruction shall reverse all actions previously taken by the Superintendent of Public Instruction on or after January 15, 2022, pursuant to the then-current Governor's Executive Order One, dated January 15, 2022, to rescind certain policies, programs, and resources that promoted cultural competency, encouraged inclusion and belonging, educated about the history of slavery and the civil rights movement, and continued work to combat racism in the Commonwealth and shall restore all such policies, programs, and resources, including (i) the Department of Education's EdEquityVA website; (ii) all resources contained on such website, including the Culturally Responsive Website and its associated resources and the "Teaching 9/11" Web Series; (iii) all resources related to the EdEquityVA website, including Superintendent's Memo 280-20 (the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Audit Tool) and Superintendent's Memo 309-20 (Navigating EdEquityVA: Virginia's Roadmap to Equity); and (iv) Superintendent's Memo 050-19.
