Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 58.1-4128.1 as follows:

§ 58.1-4128.1. Marketing or advertising to persons younger than 21 years of age prohibited; penalty.

A. No casino gaming operator shall market or advertise to any person younger than 21 years of age. For purposes of this section, "market or advertise" means the sale of any clothing, equipment, or other product that contains any statement, symbol, depiction, or reference to a casino gaming operator or any of its affiliates.

B. Violation of this section is a Class 1 misdemeanor.
