Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Board of Social Work shall amend its regulations to specify that a Doctor of Social Work degree satisfies the education requirements for licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker or as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker if requisite clinical education requirements are also met.
