Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Commonwealth, with the approval of the Governor pursuant to § 2.2-1150 of the Code of Virginia, is hereby authorized to convey to the Petersburg Battlefields Foundation a parcel of land that is a portion of Tax Map Parcel 10-7 located on the campus of the original Central State Hospital in Dinwiddie, Virginia, and containing existing parking at 14010 Boydton Plank Road, Dinwiddie, Virginia. The conveyance shall be made without consideration and in as-is condition.

§ 2. The conveyance shall be made in a form approved by the Attorney General. The appropriate officials of the Commonwealth are hereby authorized to prepare, execute, and deliver such deed and other documents as may be necessary to accomplish such conveyance.
