Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Board of Health shall, pursuant to § 35.1-14, promulgate regulations requiring all restaurants that provide food for delivery or carry out service to label on such delivery or carry out containers any major food allergens, as defined in 12VAC5-421-10, contained therein.
