Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Department of Conservation and Recreation shall include in the floodplains and flooding resilience and protected landscape resilience categories of the ConserveVirginia program, established pursuant to § 10.1-104.6:1 of the Code of Virginia, a geographic information system layer to map those lands adjacent to existing wetlands and lands suitable for wetland migration to occur.
