Nominating persons to be elected to juvenile and domestic relations district court judgeships.

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That the following persons are hereby nominated to be elected to the respective juvenile and domestic relations district court judgeships as follows:

Regis N. Rice, Esquire, of Virginia Beach, as a judge of the Second Judicial District for a term of six years commencing July 1, 2025.

Kimberly H. Phillips, Esquire, of Norfolk, as a judge of the Fourth Judicial District for a term of six years commencing May 1, 2025.

Michael W. Smith, Esquire, of Newport News, as a judge of the Seventh Judicial District for a term of six years commencing August 1, 2025.

Nael A. Abouzaki, Esquire, of Henrico, as a judge of the Fourteenth Judicial District for a term of six years commencing April 16, 2025.

Stephen A. Mutnick, Esquire, of Henrico, as a judge of the Fourteenth Judicial District for a term of six years commencing March 16, 2025.

Sean A. O. Sherlock, Esquire, of Alexandria, as a judge of the Eighteenth Judicial District for a term of six years commencing March 16, 2025.

Christina L. Slate, Esquire, of Henry, as a judge of the Twenty-first Judicial District for a term of six years commencing May 1, 2025.

Claudette S. Robertson, Esquire, of Danville, as a judge of the Twenty-second Judicial District for a term of six years commencing June 1, 2025.

Bryan M. Cave, Esquire, of Page, as a judge of the Twenty-sixth Judicial District for a term of six years commencing June 1, 2025.

William Ethan Stewart, Esquire, of Wise, as a judge of the Thirtieth Judicial District for a term of six years commencing March 16, 2025.

Susan M. Butler, Esquire, of Prince William, as a judge of the Thirty-first Judicial District for a term of six years commencing July 1, 2025.
