An Act to direct the Virginia Health Benefits Exchange to establish a special enrollment period for pregnant qualified individuals.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Virginia Health Benefits Exchange (the Exchange) shall establish, by January 1, 2026, a special enrollment period for a pregnant qualified individual to enroll in a qualified health plan at any time after the commencement of the pregnancy, in a form and manner prescribed by the Exchange.
