Commending Perkinson Construction.

WHEREAS, Perkinson Construction is celebrating its 25th year as a family-owned business in Prince George County, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to quality, integrity, and professionalism in the construction industry; and

WHEREAS, high performance has always been the standard at Perkinson Construction, which has established a reputation for unparalleled excellence in the region; and

WHEREAS, Perkinson Construction provides the performance and quality of a large operation while maintaining the personalized experience of a small business, ensuring strong client relationships through consistent communication and transparency throughout every project; and

WHEREAS, guided by its philosophy of being “On-Site, On-Time,” Perkinson Construction is dedicated to providing exceptional construction services, prioritizing efficient planning, adhering to project timelines, and demonstrating effective site management to generate cost savings for clients; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That Perkinson Construction hereby be commended for its 25 years of outstanding service; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to Perkinson Construction as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for the organization's continued dedication to excellence and significant contributions to the construction industry and the local community.
