HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 601

Commending 20-year members of the Prince William County Department of Fire and Rescue.



Agreed to by the House of Delegates, February 10, 2025

WHEREAS, in 2025, 20 members of the Prince William County Department of Fire and Rescue celebrate 20 years of service with the department; and

WHEREAS, every member of the Prince William County Department of Fire and Rescue works diligently to safeguard the lives and property of community members, responding to fires, vehicle crashes, natural disasters, medical emergencies, and other crisis situations with the utmost efficiency and effectiveness; and

WHEREAS, as of 2025, Lieutenant Gregory Clatterbuck, Technician II Frank Dozier, Lieutenant Robert Howard, Lieutenant James Moore, Technician II Craig Nelson, Lieutenant Dustin Schultz, Captain Kevin Tobey, Technician II David Wolford, Battalion Chief Tyler Cirillo, Captain Jason Knight, Captain Charles Peele, Captain Marcus Saager, Lieutenant Christian Alloway, Lieutenant Werter Willis, Lieutenant Jacob Wilson, Technician II Michael Anthony, Technician II Neil Eloise, Technician II Curtis Hooks, Technician II Damian Marsh, and Technician II Michelle (Mickey) Beck have served with the Prince William County Department of Fire and Rescue for 20 years, a testament to their dedication to public safety and loyalty to their fellow firefighters; and

WHEREAS, Lieutenant Gregory Clatterbuck, Technician II Frank Dozier, Lieutenant Robert Howard, Lieutenant James Moore, Technician II Craig Nelson, Lieutenant Dustin Schultz, Captain Kevin Tobey, Technician II David Wolford, Battalion Chief Tyler Cirillo, Captain Jason Knight, Captain Charles Peele, Captain Marcus Saager, Lieutenant Christian Alloway, Lieutenant Werter Willis, Lieutenant Jacob Wilson, Technician II Michael Anthony, Technician II Neil Eloise, Technician II Curtis Hooks, Technician II Damian Marsh, and Technician II Michelle (Mickey) Beck have touched countless lives through their decades of achievements as public safety officers, exemplifying the department's commitment to professionalism, compassion, integrity, and excellence in all endeavors; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That these members of the Prince William County Department of Fire and Rescue hereby be commended on the occasion of their 20th anniversary of service; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to the 20-year members of the Prince William County Department of Fire and Rescue as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for their service and sacrifice on behalf of the residents of Prince William County and the Commonwealth.
