An Act to amend and reenact the second enactment of Chapter 357 and the second enactment of Chapter 441 of the Acts of Assembly of 2018, as amended by Chapter 136 of the Acts of Assembly of 2022, relating to definition of public aircraft; sunset.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the second enactment of Chapter 357 and the second enactment of Chapter 441 of the Acts of Assembly of 2018, as amended by Chapter 136 of the Acts of Assembly of 2022, are amended and reenacted as follows:

2. That the provisions of this act shall expire on July 1, 2025 July 1, 2030.
