Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Department of Health shall provide information, resources, and education to all food banks located within the Commonwealth regarding existing outreach opportunities for providing assistance to individuals completing an application for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC).
