Commending the Woodside High School theatre program.

WHEREAS, the Woodside High School theatre program in Newport News earned second place in the Virginia High School League theatre championship; and

WHEREAS, the students and staff of the Woodside High School theatre program demonstrated dedication and skill in their performance, competing against other high school theatre programs from across the Commonwealth; and

WHEREAS, the Woodside High School theatre program's achievement at the Virginia High School League theatre championship showcases the hard work and commitment of the students, faculty, and staff involved; and

WHEREAS, the Woodside High School theatre program's accomplishment reflects the school's excellence in the arts and the impact of the Virginia High School League theatre championships on the development of young performers; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That the Woodside High School theatre program hereby be commended for earning second place in the Virginia High School League theatre championship; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to the Woodside High School theatre program as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for their achievement.
