RESOLVED by the Senate of Virginia, That the following person is hereby nominated to be elected as a member of the Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission as follows:

The Honorable Brenda C. Spry, of Portsmouth, as a member of the Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission for an unexpired term commencing January 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2029.
