RESOLVED by the Senate of Virginia, That the following persons are hereby nominated to be elected to the respective circuit court judgeships as follows:

The Honorable Linda L. Bryant, of Chesapeake, as a judge of the First Judicial Circuit for a term of eight years commencing May 1, 2025.

Lavonda N. Graham-Williams, Esquire, of Portsmouth, as a judge of the Third Judicial Circuit for a term of eight years commencing January 1, 2026.

Michael J. Massie, Esquire, of Portsmouth, as a judge of the Third Judicial Circuit for a term of eight years commencing January 1, 2026.

The Honorable Devon R. Paige, of Norfolk, as a judge of the Fourth Judicial Circuit for a term of eight years commencing April 16, 2025.

Jennifer L. Fuschetti, Esquire, of Norfolk, as a judge of the Fourth Judicial Circuit for a term of eight years commencing May 1, 2025.

The Honorable Rebecca M. Robinson, of Newport News, as a judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit for a term of eight years commencing August 1, 2025.

Michelle M. Kaminsky, Esquire, of Fairfax, as a judge of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit for a term of eight years commencing April 1, 2025.

Timothy J. McEvoy, Esquire, of Fairfax, as a judge of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit for a term of eight years commencing March 1, 2025.
