An Act to require the Superintendent of Public Instruction to include in a Superintendent's memo an explanation of certain legal obligations relating to disclosure of certain information provided by students in the local school division who receive home instruction.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. No later than the start of the 2025–2026 school year, the Superintendent of Public Instruction shall include in a Superintendent's memo an explanation of each division superintendent's obligations set forth in subsection G of § 22.1-254.1 of the Code of Virginia.
