FLOOR AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE

A BILL to direct the Board of Pharmacy to convene a work group to advise on issues related to emergency medical services providers.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Board of Pharmacy (the Board) shall convene a work group to advise the Board on issues related to emergency medical services providers. Such work group shall consist of six members, including three members appointed by the Board of Health and three members of the Board. Such work group shall be staffed by the Board and shall meet at least quarterly. Meetings of the work group shall be held at the call of four or more members of the work group.

2. That the provisions of this act shall expire on June 30, 2027.
