Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services shall work with relevant state agencies and stakeholders to develop and disseminate best practice educational training for health care providers on how to conduct telehealth visits for patients with disabilities, including individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
