Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The Department of Medical Assistance Services (the Department) shall develop a plan and estimate costs for expanding eligibility criteria under Medicaid for remote patient monitoring for individuals with chronic conditions. The Department shall submit a cost estimate and report on the content of the plan to the Joint Commission on Health Care by October 1, 2025.
