WHEREAS, Barber Construction, established in 1965 and headquartered in Hopewell, has exemplified excellence in the construction industry for 60 years; and

WHEREAS, the tradition of exceptional craftsmanship at Barber Construction has been proudly passed down from the founder to his son, Donnie Barber, ensuring that the legacy of quality and integrity endures through each project; and

WHEREAS, Barber Construction's family-oriented approach underscores a steadfast commitment to not only building solid foundations but also nurturing the future of the communities they serve; and

WHEREAS, in addition to their residential projects, Barber Construction is actively contributing to the local economy and community with the development of a brewery and restaurant; and

WHEREAS, the enduring values of hard work, integrity, and a commitment to excellence have made Barber Construction a trusted name in construction and an invaluable asset to Hopewell and the surrounding area; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That Barber Construction hereby be commended for its 60-year legacy of outstanding craftsmanship and community service; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to Barber Construction and its leadership as an expression of the House of Delegates' appreciation for their exceptional contributions to the Hopewell community.
