RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following appointment made by Chief Justice S. Bernard Goodwyn of the Supreme Court of Virginia pursuant to § 17.1-802 of the Code of Virginia:

The Honorable Dennis Lee Hupp, Judge (retired), Twenty-sixth Judicial Circuit, of Strasburg, Virginia, Chairman of the Virginia Criminal Sentencing Commission, effective January 1, 2025, for a term of four years ending December 31, 2028, to succeed the Honorable Edward L. Hogshire.
