WHEREAS, Aldo's Ristorante, an Italian restaurant in Virginia Beach, has provided an outstanding family-friendly dining experience to local residents and visitors since 1988; and

WHEREAS, Aldo's Ristorante originally offered a simple menu of salads, pasta, and pizza prepared in a wood-burning stove imported from Italy; and

WHEREAS, Aldo's Ristorante was a hit with local diners from the beginning and has grown to become a fine-dining destination known for its classic Italian dishes and award-winning wine list; and

WHEREAS, Aldo's Ristorante has always prioritized giving back to the community and has helped raise thousands of dollars to support local schools, churches, charitable groups, and nonprofit organizations; and

WHEREAS, Aldo's Ristorante is a beloved local gathering place where families can make lasting memories every day, and it has hosted countless business meetings, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and other special events; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That Aldo's Ristorante hereby be commended for its decades of service to members of the community in Virginia Beach; and, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to Aldo's Ristorante as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for its legacy of contributions to the vibrant local economy.
