AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE

A BILL to direct the State Air Pollution Control Board to amend its regulations relating to permit exemptions for poultry or swine incinerators to include bovine incinerators; emergency.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the State Air Pollution Control Board shall amend 9VAC5-80-1105 of the Virginia Administrative Code relating to permit exemptions for poultry or swine incinerators to include bovine incinerators.

2. That an emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
