The Commission on Youth shall work in collaboration with representatives of school divisions in the Commonwealth, representatives of nonprofit, community-based organizations that focus on school-based mental health and improving access to mental health services for young people, community services boards, school-based and community-based mental health professionals, students and their guardians, and other relevant stakeholders for this study.
