Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection H of § 15.2-968.1 of the Code of Virginia, as amended by this act, any information collected pertaining to warnings issued pursuant to subsection C of § 15.2-968.1 of the Code of Virginia shall be purged upon the expiration of Chapter 738 of the Acts of Assembly of 2023.
