Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Department of Housing and Community Development (the Department) shall, as part of the Department's broader initiative to support the development and implementation of programs that support telehealth, include broadband access services for mobile health clinics as a priority for broadband [ deployment nondeployment ] programs using federal Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment Program funding [ . The Department shall provide a report to the Joint Commission on Health Care on current gaps in broadband access in the Commonwealth by October 1, 2025 to the extent approved by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration ] .
