Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court shall update the petition for involuntary admission for treatment, Form DC-4001, to include the following statement under the petitioner's signature: "I declare (or certify, verify, or state) under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct."
