Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The Board of Education shall amend subdivision F 2 of 8VAC20-81-210 of the Virginia Administrative Code to add a subdivision F 2 f that provides that a party may not have a due process hearing until that party or the attorney representing the party files a notice that includes a verified statement that the complaint includes only claims that are substantively different from any other claims still actively being considered or decisions rendered from a previously filed due process hearing request and for which all appeal procedures have been exhausted.
