Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That, pursuant to its authority set out in subdivision 1 of § 30-356 of the Code of Virginia, the Virginia Conflict of Interest and Ethics Advisory Council shall require the disclosure of digital assets on the disclosure forms used for filing as required by subsections A and D of § 2.2-3114 of the Code of Virginia, subsections A and E of § 2.2-3115 of the Code of Virginia, and subsections A and B of § 30-110 of the Code of Virginia.

For purposes of this act, "digital assets" means any digital representation of value recorded on a cryptographically secured distributed ledger or similar technology.
