A BILL to direct the Department of Health to develop regulations to implement the requirements of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' final rule for Minimum Staffing Standards for Long-Term Care Facilities and Medicaid Institutional Payment Transparency Reporting and to repeal Chapters 482 and 483 of the Acts of Assembly of 2023.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Department of Health shall develop regulations to implement the requirements of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' final rule for Minimum Staffing Standards for Long-Term Care Facilities and Medicaid Institutional Payment Transparency Reporting (CMS 3442-F).

2. That Chapters 482 and 483 of the Acts of Assembly of 2023 are repealed.
